Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew every 1, 2 or 3 months at the subscription price, charged on each renewal date, until you cancel. Skip, pause or cancel online in your account before the next billing date.
Returns
You don't need to return packs to use the guarantee. For any other return question, email hello@qpatch.ai.
Guarantee
30-day money-back guarantee. If QPatch isn't right for you, email hello@qpatch.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the product price of your first order of each patch (Ease, Calm or Night), whether one-time or your first subscription order. No need to send it back. Shipping costs are not refunded. Wholesale and private-label orders are not covered.
